‘25/’26 Audition Procedures

If your student will be entering grades 3-6 in the Fall of 2025 and is interested in auditioning for the Flathead Valley Youth Chorus, you’ve come to the right spot! There are two parts to the audition process for FVYC.

Step 1

Application form and video audition

*Returning FVYC members MUST fill out the application form but do NOT need to submit a video.

Record your student singing “Happy Birthday”. Please use this recording to find your student’s starting notes. Once recorded, fill out this form to submit your video! The form asks for basic registration information, as well as the name and email address for a teacher to recommend your student. Preferably, this will be your student’s school music teacher (or private lesson teacher, if not applicable). Please be sure to contact the teacher you have listed for a reference and confirm their recommendation of your child!
